Once your order is confirmed, we share updates by SMS and/or email at key stages: order confirmed, packed, shipped, and out for delivery.
How to track
- Check the tracking link sent to your registered mobile number or email after dispatch.
- Log in to My Account to view recent orders and shipment status when available.
- Contact our support team with your order ID if you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of confirmation.
Delivery partners
We work with reputed courier partners for insured shipments. Delivery timelines vary by location; metro areas typically receive orders within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
