Return window

Eligible products may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Customised, engraved, or altered items are non-returnable unless defective.

Conditions for return

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
• Original invoice and hallmark details must be provided.
• Return requests must be raised through customer support before sending the product back.

Exchange & lifetime exchange

Exchanges for size or design are subject to availability and applicable metal rate differences.

Lifetime exchange programmes, where offered, follow in-store policies and prevailing metal rates on the date of exchange.
