Refund Policy

We aim to resolve every eligible refund request fairly and promptly. Refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Eligible refunds

• Cancelled orders before dispatch are refunded in full.
• Defective or wrong items received may qualify for refund or replacement after verification.
• Approved returns under our Return Policy are refunded after quality inspection.
• Partial refunds may apply for customised or altered products as per store discretion.

Processing timeline

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, credited amounts may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect.

Cash on delivery refunds, where applicable, are processed via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation of bank details.

Non-refundable cases

• Products damaged due to misuse, alteration, or wear after delivery.
• Items not returned in original condition with invoice and tags where applicable.
• Digital gold or wallet transactions governed by separate product terms.
