Are your products hallmarked?

Yes. Applicable gold and silver jewellery is sold with BIS hallmarking as per regulatory requirements. See our BIS Certificate page for details.

How do I know my ring size?

Visit our store for professional sizing or refer to standard ring size charts online. Custom sizing may be available on select designs.

Do you offer EMI or instalments?

Selected payment partners may offer EMI at checkout where available. Gold SIP and digital gold options are available through dedicated sections on our website.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible; returns are handled as per our Return Policy.

Is my payment secure?

We use secure payment gateways. We do not store complete card details on our servers.
